A unique and cozy sleeping accommodation in the city of Rotterdam. With a lot of privacy during cultural and other events. In Old-IJsselmonde, you’ll find a one room apartment with its own entrance, in the former stables of a farm house. Situated on a historic, quiet street. Even though on a journey, you ‘ll feel right at home. In Rotterdam city, but with your own front door, a view of a meadow, your own terrace in the garden. Of course there is a spacious bathroom, luxurious beds, comfortable chairs. For our business guests: internet and television. There is a fridge and home cooking is possible. For the people who enjoy Wellness, there are private Sauna and Jacuzzi facilities (see Wellness page). You will receive a luxury set with a.o. wellness bath towels.

The apartment is within walking distance of the soccer stadium Feyenoord and “Maasstad Zorgboulevard” (600m). Other features: Ahoy, shopping center Zuidplein (4km) and the new Luxor theatre (3km). In less then 15 minutes you can reach the city centre, with your car parked near the station. The apartment is also very suitable for bikers and long distance walkers. Bike routes are near and so is public transport.
